These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pak47. Please read them carefully before using any part of the pak47 platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gaming and sports betting.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pak47 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses or uses the pak47 platform available at pak47.org and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) pak47 account only. You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your pak47 account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your valid email address and any other information requested during the registration or verification process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak47 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pak47 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must only use your pak47 account for personal entertainment purposes. The use of automated tools, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform — including automated betting, artificial navigation or systematic exploitation of bonus offers — is strictly prohibited.
pak47 is required to conduct identity verification ("KYC") on all accounts before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide, upon request, documents including but not limited to:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request will result in the suspension of the withdrawal pending document submission.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 3.3. Once verification is complete, pak47 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on your account, or to a method verified as belonging to you. pak47 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
All pak47 account balances, transactions and displayed game values are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. pak47 does not apply hidden currency conversion charges to PKR transactions.

All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods and game restrictions that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. These specific terms supplement and do not replace the general Terms set out herein.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each individual promotion. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games — typically slots — before the requirement is satisfied. Table games, live dealer games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering.
pak47 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using automated tools to clear bonuses, or any other behaviour pak47 determines to be an exploitation of its promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire in accordance with the validity period specified in the individual promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to claim and use bonuses within their stated validity window.
All games available on the pak47 platform — including slot games, live casino tables, fishing games, table tennis markets and sports betting — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed real-dealer mechanics sourced from internationally recognised software providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of pak47 and cannot be manipulated by the platform or by individual players.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, pak47 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the relevant stake to the player's account. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. pak47 will not honour payouts that result from a demonstrable system error, regardless of the amount displayed.
Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, table tennis and other events offered on pak47 — are subject to additional sport-specific rules available in the sportsbook section of the platform. Where a conflict exists between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the relevant bet.
If you believe a game result or sports outcome has been incorrectly settled on your pak47 account, you must raise a dispute within seven (7) days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. pak47's determination on all game and betting results is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 13.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak47 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the pak47 platform without prior written authorisation from pak47. Unauthorised use of pak47's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak47 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions or errors in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers.
pak47's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pak47 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk.
pak47 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on pak47, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pak47 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers.
pak47 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — such as payment processors and KYC verification partners — strictly for the purpose of operating the platform and fulfilling our regulatory obligations.
pak47 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pak47 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon account closure for breach, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances not associated with active bonuses will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of pak47's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority under whose jurisdiction pak47 operates. Details of the applicable licensing authority and escalation process are available from the pak47 support team upon request.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak47 holds its operating licence. Any disputes not resolved through the processes described above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
pak47 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the pak47 platform. The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the pak47 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
